About the role
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to support federal and public sector initiatives in a part-time remote capacity, responsible for managing end-to-end Salesforce delivery, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and leading discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Support end-to-end Salesforce delivery across core platform capabilities, focusing on business analysis and requirements definition
Act as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
Lead discovery sessions and document current and future-state business processes to support solution design
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
6-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant, with a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience
Proven experience supporting Salesforce implementations in federal or highly regulated environments
Strong business analysis expertise, including requirements elicitation and user story development
Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certification preferred
