About the role
Sr. IT Business Systems Analyst Digital Farm Management Team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Farm Management team. This role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that improve processes, support critical applications, system integrations and drive business value across our agricultural operations. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and user stories; identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending technology solutions; supporting and maintaining assigned business applications; managing and coordinating small enhancements and development efforts; supporting system integration teams, digital architecture teams and master data teams as it relates to the digital farm management system and data integrations; developing and executing functional testing and supporting user acceptance testing; managing application changes through production deployment; tracking and resolving system issues, requests, and enhancement opportunities; assisting with business case development, including cost-benefit and risk analysis; and providing end-user training and application support as needed. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application support; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; and experience in agricultural retail or agribusiness. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field; project management experience or certification; and experience with sophisticated system and data integrations. Additional requirements include a willingness to participate in an on-call support rotation as needed.
