- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Greet visitors and manage front-office activity
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate spreadsheets/logs
- Draft, proofread, and send correspondence via email and mail
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Order, manage, and organize all IT related products
- Organize and maintain specific spreadsheets assigned to this position concerning customer services
- Organize and plan all hotel arrangements, meeting agendas, and meals for said activities
- Prepare all outgoing mail and shipments
- Check mail daily
- Make sure kitchen is supplied and organized each morning
- Order all custom printed materials for the office
- Work with all staff on IT issues and direct their concerns to the proper personnel
- Other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor
- Enterprise and car rental contact
- Prior experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role a must
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Competitive hourly pay ($18–$20/hour)
- Hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday. Not a work from home position.
