You must be local to the Denver Metro area and have a clean driving record. You do not need to know heat pumps on day one, but you do need to be excellent at learning technical sales, selling to homeowners, coaching, and leading a winning sales team. We have a technical design team, install crew, a project manager, and more support staff already here. You will not be handed a number with no explanation, support, or dropped in the field alone in week one.You will not be handed numbers with no explanation. We will walk you through our full funnel math, close rate, and average ticket. You will not work solely from home or in the office to monitor and manage people. You will be meeting often with the team, visiting homes with homeowners, working from our office, events, and be very hands-on and active throughout town.WHAT WE OFFERPay, Commission and Bonuses: $73,000 to $91,000 base depending on experience with a rider on the entire sales team production and sales targets hit. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
