The MJ Treatment is a growing spa and wellness business focused on delivering high quality massage and relaxation services in a professional and welcoming environment. We are committed to providing excellent service while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and supportive workplace. We are currently seeking a Massage Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients feel their best and takes pride in delivering high quality service in a professional spa environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform massage therapy services based on client needs Conduct client consultations Maintain a clean and professional workspace Deliver a high quality client experience Complete treatment notes Follow all applicable health and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid New York State Massage Therapy License or Permit Ability to obtain or maintain liability malpractice insurance Strong communication skills Ability to work in a professional spa environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multiple massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, sports, or cupping Reiki or additional wellness certifications are a plus Compensation
$40 dollars per session. Compensation is based on services performed and paid per session, not hourly. The average session rate is $40 dollars per service.1099 Pay Structure. Additional commission opportunities may be available.
