Job description
Senior Project Manager Commercial Flooring:
  • A leading commercial floorcovering company is seeking a Senior Project
  • Manager to drive profitable growth through strong client relationshipsand expert project execution.
  • This role combines business development and high-level projectmanagement. The ideal candidate brings an established book of business($3M+ annually), strong industry relationships, and experience managinglarge-scale commercial flooring projects from award through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple commercial flooring projects from award to closeout
  • Maintain and grow key client accounts
  • Generate $35M in annual revenue through new and existing relationships
  • Oversee bids, pricing, budgets, and profitability
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong client communication Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  • 810+ years of commercial flooring or related construction PM experience
  • Proven business development success
  • Strong financial and contract management skills
  • Established network with GCs, property managers, and commercial clients
