About the role

SEGA of America seeks an experienced Director of Consumer Products Licensing to shape and drive SEGA's licensed consumer products program in the West. This role will oversee SEGA's licensed consumer products business and execute go-to-market strategies for Transmedia West licensing initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Licensing, Partnerships, and Location Based Experiences, the Director will manage 6 direct reports and a team of 12, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Lore, Community, Publishing
