About the role
Oak Valley Hospital District is currently seeking a Physical Therapist for our Inpatient or Outpatient Rehabilitation Services departments in Oakdale. The Physical Therapist performs patient evaluations, develops treatment plans and sets goals for treatment. Communicates patient status, progress, and discharge recommendations to the interdisciplinary team. Oversee the provision of service by technicians and assistants as required. This position requires providing care/service to an acutely ill (for the inpatient role) or outpatients (for the outpatient role) through rehabilitating pediatric through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and/or developmental age of the individual served.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate an accredited Physical Therapy program High school graduate or equivalent required Current License by the State of California as a Registered Physical Therapist Current BLS certification One to two years’ experience preferred
