Responsibilities: Conduct initial behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clientsProvide ABA therapy services to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based methods and strategiesCollaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordinationStay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA, applying this knowledge to improve client outcomesParticipate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environmentRequirements: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related fieldBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or eligible for certification 1+ year of experience in ABA therapy or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:
