  • Tuition assistanceWORK SCHEDULE - This job is currently 2 day shifts and 2 night shifts per week.
  • Thursday and Friday nights from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. March 1 to October 31 and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from November 1 to February 28 Saturdays and Sundays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Schedule changes in near future to Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Please, only apply if you can change to a permanent M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule in the near future.

PAY$16.50 - $17.50 per hour to startEXPERIENCEA minimum of 12 consecutive months experience as a front desk agent or a secretary in a VERY busy office/call center.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and reservations. Manage online and phone bookings with accuracy. Provide information about our motel, local attractions, and services. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally. Communicate with housekeeping during the day to update room status
