About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support daily business operations. This role will assist with administrative coordination, documentation, scheduling, communication, and general office support.
Responsibilities: Coordinate routine administrative tasks and office activities. Maintain accurate records, files, and business documents. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and presentations. Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling as needed. Respond to routine emails, phone calls, and administrative inquiries. Assist with data entry and document processing. Coordinate information and requests between internal teams. Monitor office supplies and administrative resources. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Support internal projects and other administrative activities. Handle business information professionally and confidentially. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
