This position will oversee the work of Event Services staff and volunteers. Ballpark Leads oversee operational areas such as: ticket taking, transportation, guest services, ushers, and cleaning. The Event Services positions are temporary, part-time positions to assist with events located at Goodyear Ballpark and Recreational Complex. The ideal candidate will possess good customer service and communication skills, be positive and friendly and willing to assist in the variety of ballpark operational areas. Essential Functions: Implements and executes operational plans for assigned areas. Supervises activities and facility by providing direction, overseeing, and delegating work to Event Services staff/volunteers. Ensures/documents breaks for staff/volunteers. Assists with Ballpark program and event setup and teardown. Opens and/or closes the facility. Resolves minor customer issues and concerns. The company provides superior customer service to internal and external customers. Ensures the safety of guests and participants. Enforces Ballpark policies, rules, and regulations. Participates in pre and post-event/game meetings. Completes post-event reports of incidents in assigned area(s).
