About the role
Seeking an experienced Services Subcontractor Performance Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee subcontractor workforce planning strategies, vendor management, and performance evaluation to enhance operational efficiency and align resources with organizational goals.
Key responsibilitiesCreate and manage subcontractor staffing strategy plans to align with business goals
Monitor and adjust strategies in real-time to respond to operational changes
Analyze workforce performance data and provide actionable insights to leadershipRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in subcontractor workforce management, or High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience
Proficiency with workforce management and reporting software tools (e.g., P6, Oracle ERP)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau)
Experience in staffing power generation services projects
Knowledge of domestic/local labor laws
