About the role

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings. We value collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, and we strive to create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can grow. RBTs must hold an active certification at the time of application and have reliable transportation to travel locally. Pay starts at $20–$24 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on experience.
