Job Description: WE'RE HIRING: ARTISAN BAKER Looking for a job that's different from the typical restaurant or bakery? At Water Street Bagel Co., we make authentic wood-fired bagels from scratch every single day. This isn't an assembly-line bakery, we kettle boil, hand seed, and bake every bagel in a real wood-fired oven. It's hard work, but it's incredibly rewarding. We're looking for someone who: Loves working with their hands and takes pride in quality. Park time, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts would be around 7 am-ish - 12:30 pm-ish Can handle a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
