About the role
Focused on executing Allianz Group initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, the full-time Analyst, People Center of Excellence will drive workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, and high-performance organization efforts while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilitiesExecute strategic workforce planning and transformation initiatives in partnership with business units to align with AI ambitions
Manage project stakeholder needs, including communication of status and updates, while leading workshops and follow-up processes for effectiveness
Drive regional communication on key people culture initiatives and support critical projects related to people culture transformation and inclusionRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or higher, preferably a recent graduate
Experience with data analytics and AI tools, including PowerBI and Agentic AI
Proficiency in Excel for building and using analytical models
Strong project management skills and analytical abilities
Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
