Front of House Receptionist & Client Experience Coordinator Midtown Manhattan | Full-Time | $50,000$70,000 + Performance-Based BonusAbout the Opportunity We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Front of House Receptionist & Client Experience Coordinator to join a boutique luxury jewelry company in Midtown Manhattan. This is a high-touch client experience role within a small, close-knit team. As the first face and voice of the company, you will welcome clients in person, by phone, and by email while helping ensure every interaction reflects the company's commitment to quality, trust, and personalized service. The role combines hospitality, communication, organization, and coordination. You will help create a seamless client experience from the first interaction through appointments and follow-up, while also supporting the internal team and day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and polished experience
  • Manage the front desk, phone calls, emails, appointments, confirmations, reminders, and follow-upMaintain accurate client records and information
  • Coordinate jewelry cleaning, inspections, repairs, and other service requests with internal team members, outside vendors, and artisans
  • Track client requests and follow through to completion
  • Coordinate with the internal team to prepare diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry for appointments
  • Support general office and administrative operations
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in hospitality, concierge, luxury retail, private clubs, fine dining, boutique hotels, or a similar environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong on follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and professional
  • Comfortable working closely with clients and collaborating within a small team
  • Strong judgment and discretion
  • Comfortable learning and using technology, CRM, scheduling, and other business systems
  • Genuine interest in diamonds and fine jewelry is a plus; industry experience is not required

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $50,000$70,000 base salary, based on experience
