About Us: We provide interdisciplinary, center-based ABA services for young children in a collaborative, play-based environment. Our team works alongside Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapists to support meaningful, developmentally appropriate outcomes for each child. We focus on play, engagement, and connection—creating a fun, high-energy environment where both clients and staff thrive. No prior ABA experience required – we provide paid training and support you in earning your RBT certification.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide play-based, 1:1 ABA therapy to preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delays
  • Support development of communication, play, and daily living skills through engaging, child-centered interactions
  • Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAsCollect data and monitor client progress
  • Maintain daily session notes and documentation
  • Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required for RBT certification)
  • Experience with children or ABA is a plus—but not required
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong reliability and professionalism
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field
