About the role
Administrative Law Judge / Hearing Officer Work Mode: Fully Remote
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire (approximately 2–3 months)
Eligibility Requirements:
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school – Mandatory
Bar License: Not required
Preferred Experience: Prior experience conducting administrative hearings
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct administrative hearings (99% telephonic)
Review and evaluate evidence
Interpret and apply applicable federal and state laws and regulations
Location: Open to candidates nationwide (including out-of-state)
Work Hours:
Must work Mountain Standard Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST)
Equipment: Provided and shipped to selected candidates
Additional Requirements: Writing Sample: Required (typically under 10 pages)
