Job DetailsLocation:Phoenix, AZ. Position Type: Full Time. Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year. A Talent Development Specialist develops, implements, and administers training programs that evaluate, measure, and improve team member performance. A Talent Development Specialist designs training strategies and processes that measure outcomes for new hires, identify areas for improvement, and align new hires to organizational goals. They also identify the types of training and development and resources needed to achieve performance improvements. Lastly, a Talent Development Specialist encourages culture and fosters our mission by implementing tools, training, and communication.ResponsibilitiesTrack and compile collected data for training reports Communicate training needs and online resources Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials Test and review created training materials Instruct team members through training and onboarding Conduct training through new materials Review employee performance and learning Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment Preferred Qualities Bilingual Retail or customer‐facing sales experience Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and Microsoft Teams Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Ongoing paid training Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life Insurance 401(K) retirement plan Mental health and financial wellness resources Paid vacation time Discounts off our latest devices and AT&T service plans.You'll receive a welcome kit of fun gear to get you started including AT&T gear, training laptop and tablet.
