MRSL Group seeks an experienced Head of Engineering – Connectors to lead the engineering function for a global interconnect manufacturer from North Carolina. You will drive innovation, product development, and operational performance across multiple units, reporting to the General Manager. Lead a high-performing team, partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, and ensure quality, compliance, and timely new product introductions.
