Role Description:
The Front Desk Representative at un.ai is a full-time remote role responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and internal team members. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, managing inquiries via email or messaging platforms, and providing courteous, timely customer support. The role involves coordinating reservations or appointments, maintaining accurate records, and handling basic administrative and receptionist duties to ensure smooth operations. The Front Desk Representative will also collaborate with other teams to escalate issues, share feedback, and help improve service processes while maintaining a professional and welcoming virtual presence.
Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and client satisfaction Professional Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience, including call handling, routing, and message taking Effective Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse stakeholders Experience handling Reservations or scheduling tasks with attention to accuracy and timeliness Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet connectivity and good time management Proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., email platforms, calendars, ticketing or CRM systems)Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing records and multiple simultaneous requests Prior experience in front desk, administrative support, or customer-facing roles is beneficial
