About the role
Ford is seeking an experienced Interior Design & Release engineer to lead the design, release, and delivery of interior components for Ford Racing on a new model program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage QCWFT, and drive collaboration with suppliers to meet performance and regulatory standards.
The role requires a BS in Engineering, 5+ years in body interior design/release (including one completed program), and CAD/tool experience (3DX, CATIA, Teamcenter).
