Job Title: Data Entry / Indexing Specialist

Location: Baton Rouge, LA, Onsite

Pay Rate: $12.75

Employment Type: Full-TimeShift Information: 32-40 hours per week, rotating schedule that includes one Saturday every other week, a weekday off will be provided following the Saturday worked, overtime may be required during peak business periods

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Indexing Specialist to support document and transaction processing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and indexing data while ensuring completeness and quality of information. The position requires strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GEDAbility to pass a background check and drug screening
Alpha-numeric typing speed of at least 10,000 keystrokes per hour
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask in multiple programs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to sit for extended periods
