Beyond that:1+ years of residential HVAC experienceEPA 608 certification (Universal preferred) Journeyman license preferred (not required) Valid driver's license and able to pass standard pre-employment checks Comfortable talking with homeowners (you'll be in their houses every day) If you don't check every box but feel like you'd be a fit, apply anyway.
