About the role

Translate technical documentation from Russian to English. Assignments involving oral interpretation on various topics. Ability and willingness to go on work trips lasting once month or longer, several times per year, to include austere and high-risk locations. Interpretation may include individual meetings or conference-type settings. REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSActive TS/SCI clearance with Poly. Ability to pass an English grammar test. Working proficiency in Russian. Ability to pass a translation test from the source language into English with a minimum of 3 on the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Scale. (Higher scores qualify for higher rates.) Ability to pass a medical clearance for travel to any area. PREFERRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience and/or training in consecutive interpretation.
