As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications with clients and stakeholders, ensuring messages are clearly and effectively conveyed.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns. Document and update communication logs and client information in the development of communication materials and with team members to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or related field is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with communication software. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently under pressure.
