ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading sustainable forestry and wood products company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in recruiting operations and applicant tracking system management looking to further their career in talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Manage salaried requisitions through the recruiting lifecycle, including posting, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and compliance activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruiting process questions and requisition status
- Assist with system transition from Taleo to UKG, including data validation, testing support, and process optimization
- Maintain job posting accuracy across career sites and ensure data integrity within applicant tracking systemsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting operations experience
- Demonstrated expertise in applicant tracking systems Taleo and UKG are a must.
