International Key Account Manager

Supporting international distributor relationships, the temporary International Key Account Manager will manage the full B2B order lifecycle, ensuring seamless order entry, fulfillment, and communication while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage existing international distributor relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding orders and product availability Oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely execution from order entry through invoicing and billing Monitor fulfillment timelines and collaborate with Logistics and Distribution to resolve any shipping issues that arise Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in client service, account management, or sales support, preferably in consumer products or retail Experience with ERP or order management systems, such as NetSuite, is strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and cross-functional teams Highly proactive and resourceful, capable of working independently with limited oversight
