About the role

MTS Systems Corporation, a global leader in test and simulation systems, is seeking an HR Business Partner in Minnesota. The role partners with Operations and HR Director to drive HR initiatives, administer programs, and improve processes. You will be the primary contact for local managers and staff, delivering high-impact HR support. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, HR certifications, 5–7 years of HR experience, and experience in a global matrix environment.
