About the role

Behavioral Analytics ConsultantWe are looking for a mid-level Behavioral Analytics Consultant to support pre-sales activities and lead new customers through structured onboarding engagements. You'll work with clients across Latin America, helping them implement, learn, and get value from behavioral analytics solutions. No prior FullStory experience is required — full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Account Executives during discovery calls and pre-sales activitiesDeliver product demos and proof-of-concept trials after trainingLead customer discovery, implementation, training, and strategy sessionsGuide customers through technical implementation, integrations, and data configurationDeliver training on platform features, analytics, privacy, and best practicesFacilitate strategy workshops and provide recommendations based on customer KPIs and use casesManage onboarding timelines, customer engagement, and documentationIdentify and escalate stalled engagements to the appropriate teamsCollaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Partner ManagersRequirementsBased in Argentina and available to work remotely3–5 years of experience implementing or deploying B2B software/SaaS solutionsExperience in behavioral analytics, digital experience analytics, product analytics, implementation consulting, solutions consulting, or technical onboardingExperience leading structured, multi-week client engagementsStrong training, presentation, and facilitation skillsNative Spanish speakerProfessional working proficiency in EnglishFast and independent learner with the ability to become an expert in new platformsStrong written communication and documentation skillsComfortable with occasional business travel (approximately 20–30%)Nice to HaveExperience with behavioral analytics or digital experience platforms such as FullStory, Glassbox, or UXCamSaaS onboarding or implementation experienceBackground in SaaS, analytics, CX, UX, consulting, agency, or professional servicesBy applying to this position, we'll create your Simera Professional Key (SPK) — a unique key that helps you connect with employers, stand out, and secure the right match.
