About the role
- Proven multi-axis Swiss lathe experience — Required. *Tsugami Preferred
- Strong understanding of Swiss-type machining and complex multi-axis operations.
- Demonstrated ability to perform fast, accurate machine setups.
- Experience producing tight-tolerance precision components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.Comfortable working from CNC programs and established machining processes.
- Strong understanding of part inspection and precision measurement.
- Experience working to aerospace and defense quality standards preferred.
- Ability and willingness to train, coach, and develop other machinists.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States in an ITAR-controlled manufacturing environment.
