About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Own paid media strategy and execution across paid social, affiliates, OTV/OLV, audio, influencers, partnerships, and emerging channels. Manage and optimize media budgets based on incremental performance, marginal return, CAC, MER, and contribution margin. Lead incrementality testing, including geo holdouts, audience holdouts, and suppression tests. Analyze channel performance and make data-driven decisions to scale or reduce investment. Partner with Analytics on marketing-mix modeling and measurement. Develop performance-creative briefs and communicate creative and media learnings. Collaborate with Ecommerce and Retention teams to improve conversion and customer retention. Must-
Have Qualifications:
5–8 years of growth or performance marketing experience with direct media budget ownership. Hands-on experience with incrementality testing, including geo or audience holdouts. Strong understanding of MER, blended/incremental CAC, LTV, and contribution margin. D2C ecommerce experience required. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience managing multiple paid media channels and external agency/platform partners.
