About the role

Benchmark Space Systems seeks a Lead Spacecraft Systems Engineer to establish and lead our Spacecraft Systems Engineering function from design through verification and delivery. You will own system-level trades, requirements tracking, verification planning, and interface documentation across multiple spacecraft programs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. The role demands an experienced technical leader shaping the vehicle-level integration strategy.
