About the role

Freedom Healthcare seeks a Corporate Director of Education and Onboarding to lead system-wide onboarding, education, and competency validation across its inpatient psychiatric facilities. You will standardize programs, ensure survey readiness, and partner with Nursing, Quality, Compliance, HR, and Operations to promote patient safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in healthcare education or leadership, with strong CMS/Joint Commission knowledge and experience
