Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. EōS Fitness is seeking a Regional Group Fitness Manager in Houston, reporting to the Vice President of Group Fitness. The role involves leading the District Group Fitness leaders by strategizing and coaching to maximize class attendance and provide fun, safe workouts that deliver excellent fitness results for members. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a multi-unit manager, accountable for all aspects of hiring, coaching, choreography, scheduling, payroll, and customer service. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Facilities teams on various business aspects. The ideal candidate should possess management experience overseeing multi-unit leaders, genuine customer service skills, proven operational experience, and a passion for culture and team mentorship.
