About the role
- Serve as lead relationship manager for 401(k), 403(b), ERISA-governed and other retirement plans
- Partner with plan sponsors on fiduciary responsibilities, plan design, performance and ongoing service
- Lead sponsor and employee education meetings, including periodic client-site visits
- Retain and grow existing relationships and help support the launch of the firm's PEPWhat You Bring 5+ years of client-facing retirement plan advisory experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b) and ERISA plansAIF, CFP or similar designation preferred
- Proactive, growth-minded and collaborative approach
- What's Offered$100,000–$125,000 base + approximately 10% bonus
