About the role
- Distribution Center / Warehouse Associate – Syracuse, NY$19.50/hr + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
- Monday – Friday Schedule (No Weekends)

- Pull customer orders, branch transfers, and delivery stock
- Receive incoming product and verify accuracy
- Maintain and manage inventory levels
- Perform general warehousing functions (stocking, organizing, staging orders)
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Complete required paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the day
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. frequently and 20+ lbs. constantly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid NYS driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation)
- Willingness to follow procedures and safety requirements
- A commitment to uphold Haun values: Helpful, Humble, Heart-driven, and HonestPrior warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
