Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pmOn-Site or Hybrid: On-site, with local travel

  • Source, recruit, and onboard direct care workers (caregivers) and match them with clients who need services
  • Review staffing trends, including recurring open shifts, hard-to-staff areas, and specific caregiver skill levels needed, and build a recruiting strategy around them
  • Plan and run outreach campaigns to grow the caregiver pool and support growth in the client base
  • Partner with onboarding, intake, and HR teams to move new caregivers smoothly through the hiring process
  • Schedule each new caregiver's first shift and hand off to the case management team
  • Work closely with the client services team to target recruiting toward current staffing needs
  • Track and report weekly hiring and staffing metrics, and meet weekly hiring goals
  • Build strong relationships with community members, caregivers, families, and partner organizations
  • Help drive success measures such as referral conversions, staffing utilization, fewer missed visits, caregiver retention, and electronic visit verification (EVV) compliance
Fluency in English and Spanish (required)~ High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)~1+ years of experience in each of the following: recruiting, customer service, and healthcare~ Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally~ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and EMR or web-based home health database systems~ Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills~ Experience with HHAeXchange or general accounting software
