Our world class services are designed to incorporate a high degree of technological content.The Admin Compliance Operations Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Compliance team, ensuring accurate tracking, auditing, and reporting of compliance initiatives. This on-site role supports onboarding and offboarding processes, maintains compliance documentation, and partners with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Make Us Part of Your Career Path. Join Our Team & Apply Today!!What Your Day May Look LikeTrack, manage, and maintain compliance data using Smartsheet, Excel, and internal systems.Capture, audit, and report on compliance initiatives to ensure alignment with company standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes in accordance with established SOPs, ensuring timely completion and documentation of required compliance steps.Verify onboarding and separation records, including training, certifications, system access, and required acknowledgements.Navigate employee portals and internal systems to support compliance verification and recordkeeping.Prepare meeting materials, agendas, reports, and presentations for compliance reviews and leadership meetings.Communicate with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and clients regarding compliance status, requests, and follow-up actions.Maintain accurate, organized records while handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action tracking.Provide administrative and project coordination support for special compliance initiatives and process improvement efforts.What We OfferMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, & Disability Insurance, Plus 401K Options.Paid Time Off - 40 hours after 1 year of service paid out for FT security officers who worked a minimum of 2080 hours.Paid Family Leave - up to 12 weeks a year in accordance with State Law.Weekly Pay! - DailyPay Access program available!Referral Program.Telemedicine - Virtual Medical Care.Discounts on Childcare, Vehicles, Electronics, Cell Phone Plans, Travel & More!Free Uniforms & Paid Training.Doggy & Kitty Daycare Discounts.Employee Assistance Program & So Much More!Position RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age.High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.2+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.Advanced computer / technology skills needed.Ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced work environments including in high pressure situations.Strong time management and organizational skills required.Attention to detail and problem solving skills needed.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Must have a high level of integrity and professional discretion.All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.If you have a passion to help people, we would like to meet you.
