About the role
Specializing in digital operations, the full-time remote Digital Operations Specialist will manage the adoption of technology tools, maintain data governance standards, and drive user training and support for a growing virtual team.
Key responsibilities
Facilitate the selection, use, and adoption of the company's tech stack, including monitoring system releases and managing platform renewals
Maintain data governance standards and coordinate relationships with third-party IT support vendors
Drive internal adoption of tools and best practices, providing training and troubleshooting support to team members
Required qualifications
4-5 years of professional experience, preferably in operations or IT
Experience in training and onboarding individuals to cloud-based solutions
Strong familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce (or other CRM)
Previous experience working with remote teams
Natural tech-savvy with a growth mindset and strong organizational skills
