About the role
- Handles and delivers cargo, materials, furniture, or artwork in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintains radio or telephone contact with base supervisor to receive instructions or be dispatched to a new location.
- A clear understanding of design furniture inspection, the ability to create accurate and detailed condition reports.
- Position blocks and ties rope around items to secure cargo for transport.
- Cleans inspects and services vehicles.
- Operates equipment on a vehicle to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials.
- Assists in loading and unloading trucks manually.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- All candidates must be enthusiastic and hardworking with a clean-cut, well-groomed appearance and punctual.
- You have between 1-2 years of fine furniture handling and moving experience. (We we are willing to train candidates with transferrable skills)
- You're flexible to work weekends as needed.

- All candidates must be enthusiastic and hardworking with a clean-cut, well-groomed appearance.1 year of moving experience
- Valid and clean driver’s license (preferably, not required)
- Understand how to properly load and unload merchandise from trucks
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organization skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- PunctualYou're flexible to work weekends as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb and pull
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor on a regular basis
