About the role

CASA of Linn County is seeking an experienced Development Director to lead fundraising, donor development, and community partnerships across Linn and Benton Counties. You will work closely with the Executive Director to craft a long-term development strategy, identify new funding opportunities, and oversee donor records and stewardship. The role requires cultivating relationships, making direct asks, and representing CASA in the community at events and with local businesses.
