About the role

Project Coordinator Bring your organizational skills to a fast-paced construction team where your work helps keep projects organized and teams connected. As our Project Coordinator, you will provide the administrative and project support needed to keep Project Managers, field crews, and department leadership informed. You'll coordinate documentation, schedules, travel, and other project needs while working closely with office and field teams throughout the project.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to Project Managers, Managers, and department leadership.
  • Process daily reports, timesheets, leave requests, and other project documentation, ensuring information is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Maintain project and employee records, including certification logs, air monitoring reports, DOH notifications, and other compliance documentation.
  • Prepare, organize, and track project documentation, including submittals, pre-construction materials, and project closeout documents.
  • Coordinate off-island travel arrangements for field crews and office personnel.
  • Assist with project needs such as waste profiling, manifest preparation, employee badging, and access passes, purchasing, and coordination of supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in occasional onsite project visits.
  • What You BringStrong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn company procedures, terminology, and product codes quickly.
  • Able to work effectively with Project Managers, field crews, and office teams.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of military procedures and project requirements preferred.
  • Experience with Timberline or similar construction/project accounting software preferred.
