Job Description: Cresset is seeking an Associate, Office Experience to join our National Office Experience team in our Minnetonka office, located at 701 Carlson Parkway. This role is onsite five days per week, Monday through Friday, and will oversee the day-to-day employee, guest, and workplace experience for the office. As part of the broader National Office Experience team, this individual will help create a welcoming, polished, and highly functional office environment. The role will serve as a key point of contact for employees, guests, senior leaders, and external partners while helping foster connection and community across Cresset.
Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience Oversee the front-of-house experience for a 50-person office, ensuring clients and guests receive a warm, professional, and consistent experience. Greet and escort guests to meeting spaces while coordinating arrivals and communications with meeting hosts. Partner with senior leaders, Wealth Advisors, and internal teams to plan and execute thoughtful meeting experiences, including food and beverage, room setup, and other hospitality needs. Prepare meeting rooms in advance, provide support throughout meetings as needed, and ensure spaces are promptly reset afterward. Maintain a polished, organized, and client-ready front-of-house environment, including reception areas, conference rooms, and shared spaces. Employee Experience & Office Support Partner with HR and IT to support the onboarding of new employees, including workstation preparation, equipment coordination, welcome materials, and onboarding checklists. Coordinate weekly office lunches, including scheduling, ordering, setup, and cleanup. Plan and coordinate employee birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestone celebrations. Organize and execute office events, including holiday events, seasonal outings, volunteer activities, and other employee engagement initiatives. Collaborate with Executive Assistants and the National Office Experience team on onsite and offsite meetings, events, and activities. Manage the weekly office newsletter, keeping employees informed of upcoming events, important dates, reminders, and building updates. Serve as a day-to-day resource for employees, helping address workplace needs and creating a positive office experience. Facilities & Workplace Operations Maintain common areas, including kitchens, breakrooms, copy areas, and meeting spaces, ensuring they remain clean, organized, well-stocked, and inviting. Proactively manage office inventory and ordering of supplies, snacks, beverages, and other workplace necessities. Serve as the primary liaison with building management, maintenance teams, and other vendors regarding building access, repairs, service requests, and ongoing facilities needs. Manage building access cards and related employee access requests. Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including office drills and related communications. Receive and distribute office mail and deliveries. Answer and route incoming office calls as needed. Identify opportunities to improve office processes, workplace functionality, and the overall employee and guest experience.
Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.5+ years of relevant experience in office management, workplace experience, hospitality, professional services, or a similar environment. Experience supporting senior leaders, clients, and employees in a high-touch professional setting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, as well as Adobe Acrobat. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional approach. Hospitality-minded with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional employee and client experience. Proactive and solutions-oriented, with sound judgment and the ability to anticipate needs. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong execution, follow-through, and time management skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a broader team. Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
