- Assembly Associate
- Automation Personnel Services is hiring Assembly Associates for a fast-paced HVAC manufacturing facility in Ellijay; GA. Join a team-oriented environment with consistent hours and opportunities for overtime.
- Pay Rate$15.00 per hour
- Schedule and HoursMonday – Thursday | 6:00 AM to 4:30 PMOvertime on Friday and Saturday as needed
- Assembly Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble HVAC units and components on a production line
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure high-quality standards
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Assembly Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior assembly experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to stand for long periods (10+ hours per shift)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to work overtime when needed
