About the role

AI Workflow ConsultantSeeking an experienced AI Workflow Consultant to support the design and development of an AI-enabled solution that streamlines the creation of clinical trial study budgets. This consultant will help build a Perplexity-enabled workflow that interprets completed Statements of Work (SOWs) and translates them into proposed Life of Study (LOS) budget inputs. The goal of this project is to reduce duplicative manual entry, create a data-informed baseline budget for review, and improve consistency across budgeting efforts. The solution will preserve existing workbook-based tools while enabling staff, managers, and directors to more efficiently review, adjust, and finalize study budgets. In addition to generating draft LOS budget inputs, the solution will provide recommendations for potential cost savings and identify areas requiring closer review, such as under-budgeting, over-budgeting, incomplete assumptions, unusual effort patterns, or inconsistencies between the SOW and budget.
