Role Description:
This part-time remote Administrative Assistant role supports daily operations by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and preparing basic documents, reports, and presentations. The role also involves answering and directing phone calls and virtual inquiries, maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with executive administrative support as needed. The Administrative Assistant will use office software and collaboration tools, help track tasks and deadlines, and ensure accurate record-keeping in alignment with company policies and procedures. This position requires consistent, reliable remote availability during agreed-upon working hours.
Qualifications:
Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and daily office tasks. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling. Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with colleagues, customers, and partners. Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, shared drives).High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment. Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and discretion when working with sensitive information. Prior experience in a healthcare, medical technology, or corporate environment is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business administration or related fields are a plus.
