Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Data Analyst to support healthcare and clinical data analysis, reporting, data quality, and business insights. This role is suitable for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in working with clinical, healthcare, and operational datasets. The ideal candidate should have a foundation in SQL, Excel, data analysis, reporting, and data visualization, with an interest in healthcare or clinical data.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze clinical and healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and data-quality issues. Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data. Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for business and clinical teams. Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks. Support clinical data management and reporting activities. Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data. Assist with data mapping, documentation, and requirements gathering. Identify discrepancies and support root-cause analysis. Collaborate with technical, business, and healthcare stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of analytical processes and results.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field.0–3 years of experience in data analysis, healthcare analytics, clinical data, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving fundamentals. Basic understanding of databases and data management. Ability to work with Excel and SQL.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
