About the role

NRDC seeks a Director, Global Benefits to lead strategy, design, and administration of health, welfare, retirement, leaves, and wellness programs. You will partner with leadership to balance employee needs, regulatory requirements, and financial sustainability. You will oversee annual renewals, compliance, communications, budget, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and DEI teams. The role requires strategic guidance and strong stakeholder management.
